Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we’re not able to ship internationally. We hope to be able to in the future, though!
When are orders shipped?
Your order should ship out within 2-3 business days of being placed. Then, depending on where you’re located, it generally takes 3-5 business days to reach you.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We get it — some scents just aren’t for everyone! Because of this, we accept returns on both Fills and Mills. If your Fill or Mill is unused (and un-lit) in its original packaging, it qualifies for a free return within 60 days of purchase. Just send us an email at help@fillmill.co and we’ll set it up!

How does the auto-refill plan work?

When you sign up for auto-refill, you’ll receive a recurring shipment of 3 scented candle Fills of your choice for just $45 — a $15 savings per shipment

How often should I get my auto-refills?
It depends on how often you burn candles. You can choose between every 2, 3, or 4 months, and skip or pause a shipment after you’ve signed up.
Our premium soy wax blend candle Fills are slow-burning and can last up to 40-hours with proper use. As a general rule of thumb, we suggest:
3 Fill scents every 2 months
If you burn candles on average 5 nights a week
3 Fill scents every 3 months
If you burn candles on average 3-4 nights a week
3 Fill scents every 4 months
If you burn candles on average 2-3 nights a week
How do I pause or cancel my auto-refill subscription?
You can skip a shipment or cancel your recurring shipments anytime — no obligations. Just log in to your account page and make your selection.
Can I choose my auto-refill scents?
Of course! We'll send you a reminder 5 days before shipment so you have ample time to choose.
Do you offer sample trials of the scents before committing to purchasing a full set?
Not yet, but it is something we are working on!

What are the ingredients in your candles?
Our candles are poured using a soy-paraffin wax blend with trace amounts of UV inhibitors.
What kind of wicks are used?
Our wicks are made of 100% natural fibers and are engineered using helix braiding that’s specially developed for candles that contain a high level of fragrance.
Are your candles non-toxic?
Our candles are non-toxic and safe to use in your home!

How long do your scented candle Fills last?
With proper usage, our soy wax blend candles have a 30-40 hour burn time.
How do I know when my candle is finished?
Once your candle has burned down to about ½ inch of remaining wax, it is time to discontinue use. Burning a candle with little-to-no wax left is not recommended.
Can I switch Fills before they are fully burnt?
Yes, we’re big fans of changing up the mood with different scents. Remember to allow your current Fill to cool down before ejecting.
How can I maximize my candle burn?
To prolong the life of your candle, we recommend trimming the wick to ¼ inch before each use. Always allow the candle to burn for a minimum of 2 hours or until the melted wax pool reaches the edge. Keep the wick centered and straight. And never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
How often should I trim my wicks?
For best results, we suggest trimming the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
Can I recycle the Fill tins when they’re done?
Yes! To clean your tins before recycling, we recommend simply putting the used tins in the freezer overnight, and then easily pop out the wax and wick remainders. Be sure to rinse the tins before recycling.
Can I use the Mill lid to snuff out my candles?
To keep your Mill vessel in its best condition, do not use the lid as a snuffer.
There is a little soot inside my Mill vessel— how do I clean that?
Gently rub any soot with a damp cloth and it should come right off.
Can I burn other candles in my Mill vessel?
All of our Mills have a patent pending magnet system that is designed to secure and work only with our Fills.
